Hand embroidery unfolds across the surface like a living landscape, evoking emergence, expansion. Each stitch is applied by hand, creating subtle variations that make every piece unique.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Policy

Each PRIMORDIAL WOMB piece is handmade to order and individually embroidered in our atelier.

As part of the creative process, no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in embroidery, colour placement, and details are intentional and contribute to the individuality of each garment.

Due to the intimate nature of the product and its made-to-order production, returns, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing sizing information before placing an order. If you have any doubts regarding sizing, please contact us prior to purchase and we will be happy to advise.

Every piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment. If you encounter an issue upon receiving your order, please contact us by email within 72 hours of delivery and include photographs of the concern.

Where appropriate, we will work with you to identify a suitable solution. In many cases, local alterations or repairs may be the most practical option. Any alteration or repair costs must be approved in advance by By JBDJ before reimbursement can be considered.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and expenses related to alterations or repairs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
